You'll join an established technology practice with access to existing client relationships, proven delivery processes, marketing support, modern recruitment technology and experienced leadership, whilst having the freedom to build a market that genuinely feels like your own. What You'll Be Doing Running a full 360 recruitment desk from business development through to placement Developing and growing your own specialist market within technology Building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers Winning new business and growing existing client partnerships Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking and hiring strategy Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and placement Negotiating fees, salaries and contract rates Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market Contributing to the continued growth of the Technology team What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with people from two backgrounds: Experienced Recruiters Previous recruitment experience in any sector Strong relationship-building and business development skills A track record of developing client relationships and generating revenue Ambition to build and grow your own market Sales
