Senior Commercial Property Solicitor Job Type: Permanent, Full Time An established and growing South Wales law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a modern, client-focused firm, working with a diverse client base and handling a broad range of commercial property matters. You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload, including: Commercial leases and Landlord & Tenant matters, including grants, assignments, licences, rent deposits and surrenders. Estate management and ongoing property matters. Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property. Commercial and residential development work, including site acquisitions, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements and plot sales. Secured lending and real estate finance. Agricultural land transactions and renewable energy projects. Property due diligence in support of corporate transactions. Lease extensions, enfranchisement and complex title issues. Progressing files efficiently and maintaining strong financial performance. Contributing to business development and networking activities. Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales. Have 2-5+ years' PQE with solid Commercial Property experience.
