Quality Manager £50,000 DOE Yolk Recruitment are supporting the recruitment of an experienced Quality Manager for a leading manufacturing organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to take ownership of the company's Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
As Quality Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the business, supporting operational teams, managing audits, improving processes, and promoting a culture of quality excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, proven experience managing quality systems, and a passion for delivering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities: Own and maintain the company's Quality Management System ensuring compliance with relevant standards and driving ongoing improvements.
Develop and improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation to support operational excellence.
Lead internal audits, quality reviews, and corrective action processes to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.
