Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a patch of tenants and properties
  • Conduct tenancy and neighbourhood visits
  • Deal with ASB, tenancy breaches and neighbour disputes
  • Support vulnerable tenants and safeguarding cases
  • Work with tenants to sustain tenancies
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Manage complaints and customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate housing management records
  • Apply housing legislation and tenancy policies
