Warehouse Supervisor Hereford £33,000 - £37,000 Depending on Experience Multiple Shifts Available (09:30 - 18:00 or 14:00 - 22:00) Yolk Recruitment are partnered with a successful and well-established food and drink manufacturer based near Hereford who have been making premium award-winning products since 1880.

They are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to play a vital leadership role in keeping their operations running smoothly.

This is what you'll be doing: Lead and supervise Warehouse and Yard operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-organised working environment.

Support production and transport activities by coordinating material movements, internal transfers and finished goods dispatch.

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse processes to maintain operational efficiency.

Spend the majority of your time on the warehouse floor, leading by example, supporting colleagues and driving high performance, alongside completing administrative and reporting tasks.

Promote a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement while ensuring excellent communication across warehouse, production and transport teams.

The experience you'll need in this role: Previous experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams within a fast-paced production, manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, yard management, inventory control and stock accuracy.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operational departments.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems, with additional qualifications such as a Forklift/MHE licence or IOSH Health & Safety certification being advantageous.
