MERITUS are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing Systems Integration Consultancy, leading the successful delivery of complex EC&I projects across the UK Energy sector. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ENERGY EC&I - £NEG (ENQUIRE FOR DETAILS) - STONE, STAFFORDSHIRE - HYBRID WORKING We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in EC&I project delivery to lead the successful execution of complex engineering projects within highly regulated environments. Working across the full project lifecycle, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from tender and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery in line with NEC contract frameworks. Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple EC&I projects within the Energy sector. Manage project scope, programme, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities across multidisciplinary teams. Manage project reporting, change control, commercial performance and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with NEC3 / NEC4 contract requirements and industry regulations. Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time and within budget. Skills & Experience: Essential: Proven experience delivering EC&I projects within regulated sectors. Strong working knowledge and practical experience administering NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts. Experience managing complex engineering projects within highly regulated environments. Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, forecasting and change control. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Demonstrable leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams. Desirable: Experience delivering projects for major UK Energy infrastructure programmes. Previous experience working with systems integration consultancies, Tier 1 contractors or nuclear operators. Relevant Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent). Engineering background within Electrical, Control & Instrumentation disciplines.
