Residential Conveyancer
to the team. And before you ask
this isn't another '50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof' role.

What you'll be doing:
?? Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases ?? Remortgages ?? Transfers of equity ?? Right to Buy ?? New-build transactions ?? Lender work ?? Dealing with searches, contracts & titles ?? Exchange, completion & post-completion You'll have the opportunity to
manage your own caseload, deal directly with clients and actually get the support of an established team around you.
