The firm acts for five of the ten wealthiest individuals in Wales, providing exposure to some of the most prestigious and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance.
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking and private wealth teams.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping grow the firm's already impressive client base.
- Meeting agreed financial and performance objectives.
About You
- Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- A strong technical background with excellent commercial awareness.
- Experience managing complex transactions independently.
- Outstanding client relationship and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to business development.
- The ability to supervise or mentor junior members of the team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
