  • Managing product launches from planning through to post-launch performance analysis.
  • Conducting competitor benchmarking and analysing market trends and customer feedback.

  • Managing product lifecycle activity, including product reviews and rationalisation.
  • Creating engaging product content, sales collateral, training materials and launch toolkits.
  • Supporting and developing international distributors through product information, training and sales enablement.
  • Managing marketing activity across digital, social media, exhibitions, brochures, website content and campaigns.
  • Working with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality brand and product communications.
  • Supporting supplier relationships and strategic commercial activity.
  • Ensuring all product information, claims and communications are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external queries relating to the portfolio.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager with experience working with a technical or service-related product portfolio. You will ideally bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear customer value.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data and insight into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a business.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
