Backed by a multi-billion-pound global organisation, you'll play a key role in delivering capital projects, improving manufacturing performance and supporting the continued development of a highly automated production site. What You'll Be Doing Leading capital projects involving new machinery, production equipment and site infrastructure. Managing equipment installations, upgrades and site improvement projects from concept through to completion. Specifying and sourcing machinery, equipment and engineering components. Managing contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Developing project plans, equipment layouts and manufacturing improvement initiatives. Supporting reliability improvements by identifying long-term engineering solutions to recurring equipment issues. Providing technical support during installation, commissioning and project handover. Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
