You'll be joining a well-established Personal Injury team led by very senior, approachable leaders who are invested in mentoring and progression.

The Role
- You’ll manage a mixed Personal Injury caseload from instruction to settlement, including:
- Conducting initial consultations and triaging new enquiries
- Advising clients on all aspects of PI claims
- Progressing files efficiently and proactively
- Negotiating settlements aligned with client objectives
- Managing WIP, budgets and funding arrangements
- Contributing to networking and business development
- Achieving monthly and annual fee targets
You’ll have autonomy in how you run your files, while working within a collaborative team where support is always available when you need it.
