Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus
We're working with a long-established, highly respected Cotswolds law firm that has built an excellent reputation for looking after both its clients and its people. They're now looking to welcome a Family Solicitor into their friendly and collaborative team.
Alongside divorce and private children matters, you'll advise on high-quality financial remedy cases involving family businesses, farming interests, substantial property portfolios, inherited wealth, trusts and pensions. Working closely with the firm's well-regarded Private Client, Property and Agricultural teams means you'll regularly be involved in matters with real technical depth.
People are trusted to manage their own workload, supported to develop their careers and encouraged to enjoy a work-life balance. This is a broad private family role where you'll advise clients on:
- Financial remedy matters
- Child arrangements, including both negotiated settlements and contested proceedings
- Cases involving business assets, farming interests, trusts and property portfolios
The team is particularly keen to speak with someone who enjoys children work and is confident managing child arrangement matters from initial advice through to resolution, whether by negotiation or litigation.
