Three Shift Pattern:
- Early Shift: Mon-Thurs 05:00-13:30, Friday 05:00-12:30
- Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30
- Evening Shift: Mon-Thurs 11:30-21:45
