Job Description Senior Residential Conveyancer \n Bristol \n Salary - £65k \n Yolk Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded and well-established law firm with the recruitment of an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its successful Residential Property team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC-registered Conveyancer who enjoys managing a varied residential property caseload while also taking on greater responsibility within an established team. \n As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, providing an excellent level of client care throughout. You will also play an important role in supporting and mentoring colleagues, maintaining strong client relationships and helping the wider Residential Property team continue to deliver a high-quality service. \n This is what you will be doing \n As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, your duties and responsibilities will include:- \n \n Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. \n Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, referrers and other professional contacts. \n Working closely with Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Trainee Paralegals to ensure matters progress smoothly and accurately. \n \n The experience you will bring to the team \n You will bring the following experience to the Residential Conveyancing team:- \n \n Qualified as a Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC-registered Conveyancer, with strong residential conveyancing experience. \n A detailed understanding of residential property law and the ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload. \n \n This is what you will get in return \n \n Competitive salary, dependent on experience. \n Comprehensive benefits package. \n Permanent position within an established and highly regarded Residential Property team. \n Full-time working of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with part-time hours potentially considered. \n Bristol-based position with regular office attendance. \n If you're a Senior Residential Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
