Up to £53,000 (including shift allowance) + Annual Bonus What You'll Do: Join a well-established manufacturing business that continues to invest in its people, facilities and future growth. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates reliably and efficiently, helping to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement across the site. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on plant and production machinery Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance Assisting with machinery upgrades and engineering projects Conducting weekly fire alarm system testing Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the engineering department Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Multi-skilled maintenance experience with strong electrical knowledge and basic mechanical skills An engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, ONC, HNC or HND The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques A flexible approach to shifts and working hours CNC machinery Milling machines Earn up to £53,000 including shift allowance ~ Annual bonus of up to 10% ~ Regular salary reviews and annual pay increases ~24 days annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Contributory pension scheme ~ Free onsite parking ~ Genuine long-term career progression opportunities ~ We offer a referral scheme, just get in touch!
