On behalf of our client, a leading organisation with offices in Central Cardiff, Yolk Recruitment is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented German Speaking Finance Assistant to join their dynamic finance team. The Role:

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of financial processes across multiple European entities. Accuracy, organisation, and effective communication in both English and German are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and process financial records including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Manage travel and expense claims, responding to related queries
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision and timeliness
  • Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
