The Role:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will provide vital support to our finance team, helping to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Requirements:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or working towards qualification
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Caerphilly
