We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Credit Manager to join our finance team in Blackwood. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven background in credit control, cash collection, and customer account management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company's credit function, maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing aged debt, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day credit control function and manage the credit control team

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Credit Manager or senior credit control role
  • Strong knowledge of credit control processes and debt recovery
  • Experience using SAP is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
