About The Job

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our warehouse. This is a practical, hands‑on role ideal for someone thriving in a fast‑paced environment, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and safely store inward products
  • Pick, prepare and dispatch outward products to our customers
  • Use the warehouse computer system to book items in and out, update stock levels and complete simple data entry
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and yard organization
  • Carry out stock counts and assist with regular inventory audits
  • Follow all health and safety and quality system procedures

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to undertake manual handling
  • Good understanding of all warehouse functions
  • Forklift truck licence
  • Basic PC literacy and ability to use the systems applicable to the warehouse or to acquire them after suitable training
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Knowledge of safe systems of work specified for the warehouse and of the H&S policies/procedures that apply to the company premises and its operations
  • Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision to consistently hit the targets agreed with customers or set by the company
