Overview Product Manager β Analytical and Flow Solutions (UK & Ireland). Location: Runcorn, Cheshire, United Kingdom. This is a permanent role based in our Runcorn office with travel for customer visits and sales meetings. The position focuses on driving product growth for Analytical and Flow products in the UK & Ireland through strategic market planning, customer engagement, and support for high-value tenders.Reporting to the Sales Manager for Instrumentation, you will collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that set new standards for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in measurement and process optimization.What You\βll Do Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans and marketing strategies for Analytical and Flow products, setting the direction for growth and innovation in the UK & Ireland.Portfolio Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of Analytical and Flow instruments and solutions β from market analysis and product definition to launch and ongoing enhancement.Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis in the Analytical and Flow measurement space; identify new opportunities and customer needs; drive feedback for future product development.Customer Centric Visits: Plan and conduct regular customer visits with the Field Sales team to understand needs, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships across UK & Ireland.Strategic Tendering Support: Collaborate with sales and bid teams to support strategic tenders, ensuring product positioning and value propositions align with customer requirements.Business Administration: Ensure accurate product administration and reporting, keeping management informed and aligned with business goals.Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert for Analytical and Flow products, equipping the sales team with technical knowledge and sales tools to win in the market.Training and Enablement: Lead product introductions and sales trainings, creating materials and sharing best practices to maximise success and minimise risks.Promotion and Brand Building: Define and execute promotional activities, collaborating with MarCom to build strong product and brand awareness for Analytical and Flow solutions.Quality & Safety: Champion compliance with ISO 9001, Health & Safety at Work regulations and Yokogawa Management System standards.Your Background Bachelor\βs degree (or higher) in engineering, chemistry, instrumentation, or a related field.Proven experience in product management, marketing, or technical sales β ideally within Analytical or Flow measurement solutions.Deep knowledge of industry trends, market analysis and product development in process automation.Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.Why Yokogawa Be part of a global leader in industrial automation and measurement.Work with passionate professionals and cutting-edge technologies in Analytical and Flow.Opportunities for growth, learning and career advancement.Make a tangible impact on our business and the industries we serve in the UK and Ireland.What We Promise To Offer Competitive salary, level depending on experience, plus incentive package.Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility may be required to meet customer and business needs.Benefits including car allowance, private medical insurance and healthcare scheme, pension contributions up to 12.5% dependent upon criteria, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with increments based on length of service.This is a permanent position, with our offices based at Runcorn, Cheshire. Travel for customer visits and sales meetings is required.
