Purpose of the Role
In this newly created position within our New Business, DES, and Life Sciences department, you will act as the vital link between our commercial ambitions and operational excellence. Your mission is to streamline the sales cycle by providing high-level administrative and coordination support. This ensures our sales teams can focus on building relationships, while you manage the critical documentation and processes that underpin our growth in the UK market.
A Day in Your Life
Your day will be varied and fast-paced, primarily based at our Runcorn office. You may begin by coordinating complex bid documentation or updating the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting. Throughout the day, you will:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial data for proposals
- Manage incoming customer inquiries
- Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are executed with precision
You are the engine room of the sales process, maintaining momentum from initial contact through to contract signature.
