Projects normally include complex or high-profile Facilities Management (FM) projects involving the procurement of Hard FM and Soft FM contracts, service reviews, mobilisation planning and other similar consultancy support. • Procurement coordination — drafting tender packs, specifications, pricing documents, evaluation materials and mobilisation plans.

  • Tender evaluation — assessing submissions in line with agreed methodologies.
  • Team leadership — directing project teams, supervising workloads and supporting staff development.
  • Stakeholder engagement — leading client meetings, tracking actions and maintaining clear communication.
  • Risk management — identifying, monitoring and escalating financial, operational and reputational risks.
  • Regulatory compliance — ensuring all procurement activity meets current regulations.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in FM, property, maintenance or operational service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement and end‑to‑end processes.
