I help businesses to hire in the most cost effective and flexible way & build companies people want to work for. We are currently supporting an Insurance client with a transformation project. As part of the change, they are looking at moving from a clunky intranet based knowledge base to a tool such as Document 360/Fresh Service.
The project needs someone to act as product owner and technical content writer to convert current and build new articles that leverage all the capabilities of the tool and create a great tool for about 3000 users. It is an insurance client so you will need to be insurance savvy with communication and engagement skills to manage the consolidation into one master for sign off.
The role could be FTC, day rate or even on a call off basis e.g. based on an agreed bank of days over x months. If this sounds like a project you would like to get involved in and have the required skills, send us your CV.
