Our client, a highly reputable property consultancy, is growing and needs a Project Manager with deep FM procurement expertise to lead high-profile programmes across their client portfolio in London and the South. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex Hard FM and Soft FM procurement projects — shaping strategy, driving delivery and ensuring value for money.
You’ll lead end-to-end procurement activity: planning, stakeholder engagement, tender development, governance, evaluation and mobilisation. Alongside this, you’ll oversee wider FM and property projects including PFI handback, service transformation and compliance programmes (Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos).
- Experience in FM, property, maintenance or operational service contracts
- Confidence leading meetings with Directors and Heads of Service
- Programme management experience
