We are partnering with a family-run wholesale supplier of textiles, bedding, homewares and soft furnishings. As a growing business with family values at its core, our client offers a dynamic workplace where no two days are the same.
The Role
This is a split role combining account management, business development, and administrative support. You will manage accounts, ensuring excellent service and revenue growth, support the Commercial Sales Director with day-to-day operations and contribute to developing new wholesale business sectors. This is not a purely administrative role — we’re looking for someone with commercial drive, confidence in selling, and a proactive approach to building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for key accounts
- Prepare quotations, check stock, and coordinate deliveries
- Supply samples and follow up to convert prospects into orders
- Proactively up-sell our client's full product range
- Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and arrange meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with the wholesale support team on new business initiatives
