Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the finance team, strengthen their financial governance and play a key role in driving strategic decision‑making.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong internal controls.
- Oversee payroll, VAT, PAYE, Benefits in Kind and statutory requirements.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support the SLT.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial performance.
- Coach and develop a small finance team, building capability and a high‑performance culture.
- Drive process improvements, automation and enhanced data integrity across finance operations.
