We are hiring a Commercial Bid Manager for remote working. If you love shaping strategy, crafting winning submissions and leading complex bids end-to-end, this role puts you right at the heart of major commercial wins. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and help secure high-value enterprise partnerships.

What you’ll take the lead on:

  • Owning the full bid lifecycle—from qualification and strategy through to submission, award and handover
  • Developing compelling win themes, value propositions and pricing approaches
  • Producing polished, persuasive written responses and supporting materials
  • Coordinating cross-functional input across Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal and Operations
  • Championing continuous improvement and embedding AI tools to elevate speed, quality and consistency
