What you’ll lead:

• End‑to‑end global operations: supply chain, procurement, contract manufacturing, service delivery and customer success
• Technology‑enabled scalability: systems, processes, and teams designed to support international growth and shareholder goals
• High‑performing teams: building, mentoring and inspiring diverse global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
• Operational excellence metrics: defining and delivering KPIs that measure performance, efficiency, and customer impact
• Cross‑functional collaboration: partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology to align execution with innovation
• Global P&L ownership: optimizing budgets, driving efficiency, and improving margins across diverse markets
