We're supporting a client to hire a Bid Manager to lead their end to end bid function. You’ll own the full bid lifecycle across commercial and some public sector opportunities, shaping strategy, crafting compelling submissions and coordinating cross‑functional teams. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll help secure high‑value contracts with new enterprise partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead bids from qualification to contract award and handover
  • Develop win strategies, value propositions and pricing models
  • Produce high‑quality written responses and supporting materials
  • Coordinate inputs across Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal and Operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion AI tools for faster, higher‑quality bids
