You will be working on a deployed wireless system used in real-world environments, taking live cellular signals and turning them into something usable. This isn't lab-based or simulation-heavy. The challenge is making complex RF systems work reliably in the real world.
The Role:
- You will work across the embedded stack:
- Embedded C firmware
- Cellular protocol layers (MAC/RLC)
- DSP implementation where required
- Integration with RF hardware, DSPs and FPGA systems
The Environment:
You will be part of a 20-person engineering team covering RF, DSP, FPGA, hardware and software. Each engineer is trusted to:
- Self-manage their work
- Collaborate directly with domain experts
- Solve problems without layers of approval or micromanagement
