Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Widnes – office working

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Yoh are working with a rapidly growing SME who are are working within renewables and battery storage and management systems. With growth globally, they are looking to add multiple Technical Project Manager to work primarily within New Product Introduction (NPI) within the R&D department.

This particular business has multiple offices within the Widnes area in the UK and would expect this Technical Project Manager to be able to reliably commute to the office and work in a collaborative approach and liaising with operations, quality, procurement and external vendors co-ordinating the movement of new products.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Driving completion and deployment of project deliverables.
  • Tracking, documenting, and reporting progress across multiple projects
  • Aligning technical outputs with broader commercial strategies.
  • Manage project documentation, project tracking tools, version & change control.

Qualifications and expertise:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Project management position, preferably working for companies within engineering, manufacturing or technical product development.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Experience working within NPI (New Product Introduction) or product development life cycles.
