What are we looking for?
- Mechanical design experience - ideally within heavy engineering
- Design experience from cradle to grave
- Perform hand calculations and support those with SolidWorks simulation
- Solid understanding of structural and mechanical components
- Understand drawings and identify load assessment / stress analysis
- Work with the fabrication and manufacturing team to ensure design standards are met
- Provide technical support to project manager and installation teams
- Prepare and review technical drawings
