Recruiter Account Manager
Yoh are an internationally successful recruitment business (80 years old!) currently experiencing great success within electronics hardware and technology. As a result we are expanding our team in Reading and are now looking for a recruiter to join their fast-growing recruitment accounts team.
No 360 sales or new business development required; this is an account management delivery recruitment role.
Based in our Reading office, you will build a pipeline of candidates with niche technical skillsets and maintain regular contact with them to stay up to date with their availability, job application activity and ongoing industry developments. Through this, you will generate candidate and client leads.
As a Delivery Recruiter, you will have:
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management within an agency environment
- End to end vacancy and candidate management experience
- Had some experience working on hard to fill roles
- Be able to think outside of the box
- Adaptable communication skills and ability to hold confident professional conversations at C-level
- Strong organizational skills and ability to pick up new ATS skills quickly
- Experience recruiting for technical roles within Engineering or IT is an advantage but not essential
