Experienced Engineer – Marine Are you an experienced engineer, systems engineer or project engineer/manager with a background in electrical engineering ready to take on a dynamic role in a marine environment? We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee technical and managerial aspects of electrical service functions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Supervise ship service activities, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Prepare and maintain daily job logs to facilitate effective project management. Estimate time and personnel requirements for accurate project costing. Develop and disseminate Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Attend client meetings to provide updates and support comprehensive reporting for internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven background in engineering and maintenance, including fault diagnosis. Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. Skills: Strong project management and technical planning capabilities. Additional Information: Travel: Regular travel is required between Portsmouth and Plymouth, with occasional visits to other locations. Candidates must be eligible to obtain SC clearance.
