The Role

As a Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the acceptance testing and validation of high-power electrical drive units and associated systems. You will:

  • Carry out high-voltage testing (up to 13.8kV / multi-megawatt systems)
  • Monitor, capture, and analyse test data against defined engineering standards
  • Produce high-quality test reports and ensure timely documentation
  • Support the development and improvement of data acquisition and control systems
  • Ensure all testing activities meet strict safety and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, problem solving)

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience working with high-voltage equipment and test environments
