Are you an experienced Lead Project Engineer looking for a role with unlimited progression opportunities in a highly visible and respected position? Then this could be the role for you. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer with around 5 years of experience to lead a high-performing team and manage end-to-end project delivery — from purchase order to final handover. This full-time role is based between Edinburgh & Glasgow and would suit someone from a manufacturing or heavy industrial engineering background.

You’ll take ownership of a small team of three engineers and work closely with the shop floor, sales, engineering and other departments to deliver technically accurate, high-quality projects on time and within budget. The company specialises in the design, manufacture, and repair of specialist equipment used in the energy sector, with in-house capabilities in fabrication, machining, and pressure testing.

In this role you’ll play a central role in managing customer relationships, preparing detailed quotes, overseeing execution, and ensuring full project visibility throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
