As we look to maintain our high standards and friendly vibe, the Senior Front of House person will play a pivotal role in driving the culture of our studio and ensuring that our values are reflected in every aspect of our customer service.

Key Duties:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and a customer-friendly environment with an optimal flow of customers, teachers and staff.
- Keep management informed of any issues and escalation in a timely manner.
- Maintain the FoH staff rota and ensure shifts are covered when team members are on holiday or require emergency cover.
- Assist in recruitment and training of new receptionists.
- Prepare a team meeting agenda and co-chair the meeting with the manager.
- Responsible for programming softplay sessions, overseeing private party bookings, ensuring timely payment for hire fees and managing party catering requests and refunding deposits.
- Manage customer queries about pricing, bookings and accounts.
- Deal with requests for refunds in line with company policies.
- Ensure that all customer queries receive a timely and friendly response.
- Maintain company policies and put in place regular checks to ensure we comply with all requirements.
- Manage the cleaning of all studios and props, ensuring that work is done to a high standard.
- Manage the procurement of necessary supplies, ensuring records are kept of all money spent.
- Monitor stock levels of all food, drink and cleaning supplies and prepare orders on a regular basis.

- Proven experience in customer service or similar roles
- Good understanding of the wellness industry
