Job Overview We're looking for Self‑Employed Core Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in getting parcels to customers, providing reliable service Monday to Saturday and, during peak periods, some Sundays. You don’t need experience; the more you deliver, the more you earn. As a delivery driver you’ll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and competitive financial rewards, including parcel rates, improved payment terms, and the support and benefits of the Yodel by InPost team. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Deliver and collect parcels from stores and lockers. Scan parcels at each delivery or doorstep and confirm receipt by the customer. Plan your own route or use the award‑winning Yodel app with optimisation and simple instructions. Maintain a consistent schedule of 6 days a week, with the option to work some Sundays during peak periods. Compensation and Payment Competitive rates for each parcel delivered or collected. Car delivery drivers can earn up to £18 per hour paid per parcel. Daily and weekly payment options: Access earnings immediately via the early‑access partner Onsi or join the weekly payment cycle after completing 2 weeks of delivery services. Rates are enhanced to cover business mileage and operational costs. Qualifications Access to a car or small van (car preferred). Full UK or EC/EEA driving licence. Proof of right to work in the UK.
