We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit.
We're looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Franchisee Training Coach to lead and expand the training and development function across our dynamic and growing sushi franchise network. This includes both franchise-operated locations and corporate-run kiosks in retail settings. In this critical role, you'll ensure our franchise partners and PAC teams are fully prepared to deliver exceptional food, flawless operations, and a consistently outstanding customer experience.
Here's what you'll be responsible for and where you'll make the biggest difference:
- Developing and delivering world-class training across our franchise network and corporate PAC kiosks.
- Leading the onboarding of new franchise partners and PAC teams, providing structured, hands-on learning across sushi operations, food safety, team leadership, and customer experience.
- Ensuring operational readiness, making sure every team consistently upholds our food, service, and compliance standards.
- Collaborating with our Learning & Development team to create and continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Supporting new openings and relaunches, delivering impactful coaching during critical trading periods.
- Coaching and supporting Franchisee Training Coaches, while also helping PAC kiosk managers and their teams develop and grow.
- Focusing on food safety and quality, ensuring all products meet brand specifications, shelf-life guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Identifying skill gaps and underperformance, then designing targeted refreshers to lift capability and confidence.
- Collaborating with Operations, Food, and Marketing to ensure training keeps pace with business priorities, menu innovation, and strategic initiatives.
- Tracking training outcomes and sharing actionable insights that help us continuously raise the bar across the network.
