What you'll be doing:
- You will assist the manager in the daily running of the kiosks, and serving customers with a smile.
- Prepare fresh food according to the production plans and must be confident working alone in the kiosk at most times, and use own initiative.
- Always maintain high standard of cleanliness in the kiosk kitchen area.
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products.
- You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be ensuring daily records of delivery, wastage, food safety and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.
- You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
- You will interact confidently with customers, have fantastic menu knowledge, and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service.
- Flexible to work between the YO! Tesco Extra and Panku Asda kiosks in Perth to provide holiday, sickness and staff shortages cover when required.
