As Head of Property, you will take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate. You will lead and develop the Property team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, while using data and insight to ensure we are making the right commercial decisions for our sites.
Working closely with Retail and Restaurant Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our estate running smoothly while supporting the continued growth of the business.
- Lead, coach and develop our three Regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator, setting clear priorities and empowering the team to take ownership of regional performance.
- Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and operational.
- Drive strong contractor performance across national and regional suppliers, ensuring agreed KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and value for money are consistently achieved.
- Use property and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and future lifecycle investment needs.
