The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the world's largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. You understand how to balance revenue, margin, and customer experience, always keeping the guest at the heart of your decisions.

- Lead aggregator partnerships, improving visibility, rankings, and growth
- Optimise menus, pricing, and promotions to maximise revenue and margin
- Deliver group-wide trading and promotional strategy across all channels
- Own and evolve pricing strategy using data and market insights
- Identify and launch new revenue streams from concept to execution
- Provide clear performance insights and commercial recommendations
