Machine Minder Maintenance - Taiko Acton

As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of food manufacturing machinery. You will work closely with production operatives, engineers, and the quality team to ensure that all machinery is set up and operated to the highest standards to support consistent product quality and output.

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery during your shift.
  • Carry out basic machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Report any mechanical faults to the engineering team.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Keep accurate production and machine downtime records.
  • Adhere to food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Previous experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.

Strong awareness of food hygiene and health & safety practices.

Flexible, reliable, and a team player.
