Job Description Head of Property Wonderfield Maintenance - Head Office Contract: Full Time \n Salary: £65,000 \n Contracted Hours: 40 \n About Wonderfield Group \n Wonderfield Group is a leading food business operating across the UK, Ireland and Europe, bringing authentic, high-quality Asian cuisine to customers through multiple channels. n Our portfolio includes well-loved brands such as YO! , Panku , Taiko Foods , Bento serving millions of customers through restaurants, retail kiosks, supermarket partnerships and food manufacturing. \n From our iconic YO! restaurants and Panku retail kiosks across the UK and Ireland, to our expanding European retail partnerships and our award-winning manufacturing business, Taiko Foods , we're passionate about creating fresh sushi, poke, bento, street food and Asian-inspired meals that customers love. \n Operating across the UK, Ireland and a growing number of European markets including Germany , France , Belgium , the Netherlands , Spain , Portugal , Denmark and Poland , we're continuing to invest in innovation, our people and our brands as we expand our footprint across the continent. \n As Head of Property, you'll take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate. \n You'll lead and develop the Property team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, while using data and insight to ensure we're making the right commercial decisions for our sites. \n Working closely with Retail and Restaurant Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our estate running smoothly while supporting the continued growth of the business. \n \n Lead, coach and develop our three Regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator, setting clear priorities and empowering the team to take ownership of regional performance. \n Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and operational. \n Drive strong contractor performance across national and regional suppliers, ensuring agreed KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and value for money are consistently achieved. \n Use property and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and future lifecycle investment needs. \
