Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead the Wonderfield Maintenance function at our head office. You will own reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate.
You will lead and develop the Property team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement while using data and insight to support commercial decisions for our sites.
