You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of small and medium-sized initiatives including upgrades of a ERP system, CRM and data initiatives, the role includes supporting the (CM/PM role) with delivery of projects and owning smaller initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who has had expose to projects and would like to develop their skills and support with establishing best practice., Responsible for the end-to-end reporting and consolidation or project during (planning, delivery, monitoring, control and closure) with focus on business change – reporting risk of delivery to agreed scope, time, cost, quality and benefits. Person SpecificationEssential: Project Management experience: either leading or having worked on a number of projects Proactive, positive attitude and delivery focused Track record of delivering business change to achieve outcomes and benefits Experience of working with a variety of delivery methodologies including waterfall/Agile/hybrid/CI Strong focus on effective and engaging change management, and exposure to formalised change and project methodologies Strong team facilitation skills – able to manage and motivate people at all levels in the organisation Remains calm during periods of pressure and / or when dealing with issues Naturally curious about acquiring new knowledge and best practice Excellent planning and organisational skills Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills, able to work across functions, geographies and cultures* Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing
