Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead our Head Office maintenance function across the UK estate. You’ll own reactive and planned maintenance, drive statutory compliance and manage the maintenance budget while partnering with Retail, Finance and Health & Safety.
You’ll lead and develop the Property team, oversee contractor performance, deliver the PPM programme, monitor high-cost repairs, and use data to steer cost-effective decisions that keep our sites safe and operational.
