Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate from head office. You will drive statutory compliance, contractor performance, and maintenance expenditure while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
You will lead a Property team, monitor KPIs, and partner with operations, finance, procurement and health & safety to support growth and ensure sites remain safe and operational.
