Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead maintenance across the estate from the Head Office. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, oversee contractor performance and control expenditure.
You will lead the Property team, develop a culture of ownership, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate with Retail, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety to support growth.
