YO! Sushi UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Property for the Head Office in Bolton. You will take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance and maintenance expenditure across the estate, guiding a Property team to deliver results.
You will work with Retail and Restaurant Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety to keep sites safe, compliant and performing, while using data to drive commercial decisions and efficiency gains.
